Clarus is headquartered at the crossroads of Main Street and Broadway at the heart of the cultural district in historic downtown Portland. The Clarus offices are on the fifth floor of Antoinette Hatfield Hall, one of three buildings owned by the Portland Center for the Performing Arts.

The PCPA is the premier arts and entertainment venue in the Pacific Northwest. Nationally recognized as one of the top 10 performing arts centers in the nation, the PCPA hosts over 900 performances annually including symphony and jazz concerts, ballet and theater productions, and popular music concerts.

Designed to complement the neighboring historic buildings, including one of Portland ’s most recognizable landmarks, the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Antoinette Hatfield Hall contains three theatres, reception and recital spaces, PCPA offices, and a costume workshop.  Clarus, which prides itself on its innovative and creative approach to real estate investment, is the only private company privileged to share this space in Portland’s cultural and creative center.
