El Golf Residential Project

Located in the district of Surco, El Golf is Clarus' first international development project, which it is pursuing in partnership with Grupo Innova, a Peruvian project engineering company and its American parent company, NDG Investment Group. Targeted at upper middle class Peruvians, the project is scheduled for completion on August 30, 2009, for a total project time of approximately 15 months.

Several factors make the District of Surco ideal for upper middle class households. Surco consists primarily of residential housing with very low levels of traffic, making it family friendly and ideal for residential development. The abundant shopping and retail centers within the district, including Jockey Plaza Shopping Center, Caminos del Inca, Chacarilla and El Polo, make life convenient for its residents.

Surco is also home to some of the most exclusive and prestigious schools and universities in all of Lima, including the University of Lima, Universidad Ricardo Palma and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Adding to the District's appeal to families and residential growth is Surco's large collection of parks and green areas.
