Mansions South was acquired in tandem with Meridian Mansions, located in Oklahoma City. Both properties are unique in that the majority of units are fully furnished and dedicated to long-term executive housing for FAA employees who attend the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City.

Clarus has and will continue to work closely with on-site staff to roll out consistent positive changes to the property over the course of the holding period.

Mansions South is adjacent to the southern boundary of Oklahoma City just West of I-35. It is close to the I-240 retail corridor and the airport, and it is also in close proximity to Tinker Air Force Base.
