Situated in the upscale Miraflores district, Shell La Paz is the second project in the rapidly growing Lima portfolio. The project is being pursued in partnership with Grupo Innova, a Peruvian project engineering company, and its American parent company, NDG Investment Group. When completed, Shell La Paz will be a 10-floor, 87,715-square-foot office building with space marketed to small and mid-sized businesses. The project's targeted completion date is 15 months after the start date. CBRE has been enlisted for the sale of the property.

Unlike the districts of San Isidro and Surco, Miraflores has not witnessed the rapid development of office space. Given both the current and projected needs of Peruvian and international businesses, most of which make Lima their headquarters, Shell La Paz represents a sound investment.

Shell La Paz will sit in a desirable corner location, just two blocks from Miraflores Central Park. Casa Andina Private Collection, a brand new 5-star business hotel, is located across the street, and JW Marriott and Miraflores Park Hotel are just three minutes away.
